APS is a Christian based, non-profit, non-political social service agency. Established in July 1984, APS as an organization is a diverse blend of professional staff and hundreds of dedicated volunteers who facilitate the agency's services. It is governed by a distinguished board and managed by an Executive Director.

The mission of Akron Pregnancy Services is to Champion God's design for life. We do this by reaching and supporting anyone facing pregnancy-related decisions with resources that empower them to make informed, life-valuing choices.
APS is not a medical facility and does not make referral for abortions. Services are provided free of charge and confidentially without regard to race, gender, religion, handicap, or national origin. APS does not provide funds for medical or utility expenses.
L.I.O.N. Players mission is to convey a model of sexual purity and healthy relationships through the use of the performing arts.
Noiz is an interactive hub whose purpose is to create a safe, comfortable environment where women can express who they are, learn how to make wise personal choices and healthy lifestyle decisions that will empower them to become all they are created to be.
